Job Purpose & Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will support Global Key Account Executives for designated accounts, ensuring smooth customer service and proactive account management.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction and service excellence for key accounts
  • Follow up on sales leads and manage accounts proactively
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
  • Negotiate prices and optimize cargo mix
  • Update and produce ratesheets
  • Communicate actively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle enquiries or complaints as escalation point
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Promote e-commerce platforms and self-service tools
Required Skills and Competencies
  • At least 3 years of shipping experience, preferably in Inside Sales or Key Accounts
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation
  • Persuasive, target-driven, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and administrative capabilities
  • Broad shipping knowledge with a cross-functional and commercial mindset
