Job Purpose & Primary Responsibilities
In this role, you will support Global Key Account Executives for designated accounts, ensuring smooth customer service and proactive account management.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service excellence for key accounts
- Follow up on sales leads and manage accounts proactively
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
- Negotiate prices and optimize cargo mix
- Update and produce ratesheets
- Communicate actively with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle enquiries or complaints as escalation point
- Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Promote e-commerce platforms and self-service tools
Required Skills and Competencies
- At least 3 years of shipping experience, preferably in Inside Sales or Key Accounts
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Persuasive, target-driven, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills and administrative capabilities
- Broad shipping knowledge with a cross-functional and commercial mindset
- Fluent in English and local language
- Digital orientation and growth mindset
