Job Responsibilities

  • Drive regional market expansion by executing company sales strategies, including partner development, distributor system setup, sales policy formulation, and budget planning to achieve annual sales goals.
  • Maintain key distributor and partner relationships through regular visits and strategic communication.
  • Monitor market dynamics, including competitor analysis, product feedback, and demand research, and consolidate insights for decision-making.
  • Build and manage local teams, ensuring operational efficiency and goal alignment.
