Jobbeschreibung

Main purpose is to leverage ADM’s unmatched portfolio by maintaining and continuously expanding our customer base. This role will focus on Plant-based proteins & lecithin sales with Key Accounts in Central EU and distributor management.

Job Purpose :

We are seeking a leader capable of managing a sales team in the near future. The Key Account Manager actively maintains and expands our food customer base in Central EU, drives customer projects, and builds a solid project pipeline for sustainable business results.

Main Responsibilities :
  1. Manage protein and lecithin key accounts in Central Europe, including supporting ADM distributors.
  2. Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies within the Central European market.
  3. Create and execute sales plans and budgets based on market strategies.
  4. Oversee all sales activities with current and potential customers.
  5. Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  6. Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities.
  7. Develop customer concepts in collaboration with product management, application, and product development teams.
Requirements :
  1. Degree in sciences, food science/technology, or business administration preferred.
  2. Experience in B2B food ingredients business, with understanding of the plant-based protein market landscape.
  3. Knowledge of applications and commercial contacts within industries such as Meat alternatives, Meat extension, Bakery, Dairy alternatives, and Specialized Nutrition.
  4. Willingness to travel regularly within the region (up to 50%).
  5. Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  6. Enthusiasm, initiative, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  7. Strong team spirit, results-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.
  8. Customer service orientation and technological proficiency.
  9. Ability to collaborate within an international matrix organization.
