Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung im Beauty-, Mode-, Gesundheits- oder Pharma-Einzelhandel in Spanien.
  • Etablierte Kontakte zu Entscheidern im Beauty-Einzelhandel in Spanien.

What We'd Love You To Do

As our next Key Account Manager for Spain, you will drive turnover and profitability growth for Cosmo Group by building strong partnerships and enhancing the brand’s image within a portfolio of beauty accounts in Spain, including retailers, perfumeries, department stores, supermarkets, distributors, and wholesalers. You will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies to grow existing accounts while successfully introducing new ones.


  • Collaborate with these accounts and Cosmo Group teams to develop a joint yearly business plan and sales strategy to achieve all Cosmo Group commercial objectives within the portfolio. This includes Sell-In, Sell-Out, Marketing, Training, Events, Promotional offers, Social Media, etc.
  • Deliver a marketing presentation, budget planning, product listing, pricing structure, and space negotiation for each account.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with these accounts, analyzing sales and forecasts to increase distribution and market share.
  • Consistently follow up on actions and dedicate time to these accounts to build and strengthen long-term business relationships.
  • Liaise internally with the Marketing, E-Commerce, Product, and Operations teams at Cosmo Group to ensure the successful implementation of new launches and seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Work closely with and report directly to the Country Manager, providing constant business updates, including industry trends, consumer and market insights, competitor analysis, and sales reports.

What You Bring

  • Experience in the Beauty, Fashion, Health Care retailers, or Pharma within the Spanish market.
  • Established contacts within beauty retailers in Spain, including buyers and other key decision-makers.
  • Experience in P&L preparation.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Commercially savvy, an excellent negotiator, analytical, entrepreneurial-minded, self-sufficient, solution-oriented, and a creative thinker.
