One of our companies is currently looking for a Key Account Manager in Germany.

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a growing E-Commerce team and take the lead in managing some of the most strategic enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building lasting client relationships, driving revenue growth, and acting as a trusted advisor to major accounts. As the central point of contact for key partners, you will ensure top-tier service, identify commercial opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to exceed client expectations. This is a remote-friendly position based anywhere in Germany, offering the opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with high-profile enterprise clients to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, including tech partner integrations (e.g. payment and shipping providers), to increase revenue and reduce churn.
  • Act as the strategic lead in client onboarding, recurring meetings, and problem resolution, maintaining high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical Support) to align customer needs with company offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to maintain visibility and expand relationships.
  • Serve as the internal advocate for key accounts, ensuring feedback and insights are integrated into product and service improvements.
  • Proven track record in key account management, ideally in E-Commerce or software/SaaS environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to navigate senior-level discussions.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and independent approach to work.
  • Good understanding of E-Commerce trends and digital business models.
  • Experience working with major clients in tech-related fields, with a focus on relationship and revenue growth.
  • Solid sales instincts with the ability to identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
