We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing key client relationships within your assigned territory.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives for major pharmaceutical clients within your territory
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
  • Prepare for client interactions by identifying key stakeholders and building effective, trust-based relationships to close deals efficiently
  • Manage customer relationships across multiple levels to ensure smooth order execution and long-term satisfaction
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to maintain strategic relationships and uncover new business opportunities
  • Travel approximately 40% of the time, including some overnight stays and occasional weekends

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and close opportunities using a consultative, strategic sales approach
  • Strong presentation skills and solid commercial acumen
  • A natural relationship-builder who earns trust with clients and internal stakeholders alike
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a focus on achieving sustainable, long-term results
