Our headquarters is in Shanghai, China, with a European office in Munich, Germany. For our European headquarters, we are seeking a Key Account Manager Nordics to join the Aiways EU Business Development team.
Responsibilities
- Establish and strengthen our sales and distribution channels in Scandinavia, including Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
- Develop business relationships with key accounts such as leasing companies, car rental agencies, and taxi operators.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet sales volume targets, including retail strategies and sales policies that promote optimal car mix and favorable partnership conditions.
- Lead planning, execution, and follow-up of operational initiatives like outbound events, sales networking, and distributor training.
- Monitor performance by reviewing financial statements with distributors to assess financial health and compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to review and oversee marketing and advertising plans for partners.
- Coordinate with regional teams to maximize EU sales efforts and support operations and logistics.
- Enhance communication and processes between Aiways' aftersales team and EU partners as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Passion for Aiways' mission.
- Ability to thrive in a start-up environment with a positive, flexible, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong operational skills, results-driven, and capable of execution.
- Excellent teamwork and influencing skills across functions.
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
- Proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish) is highly advantageous; additional European languages are a plus.
- Office location is in Munich.
