YOUR TASKS

• Support and advise PAYBACK online partners in the Mobility & Travel segment
• Develop digital marketing campaigns and innovative sales approaches to grow existing customer base and acquire new customers
• Define relevant KPIs for efficient budget allocation and continuously steer the development of all measures
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from online/offline marketing, customer insights, and process management departments
• Manage budget and forecast responsibilities
• Identify potentials through market, industry, and company analyses and leverage them with your partners

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in tourism management, economics, or a comparable professional education
• Relevant professional experience in digital performance marketing and awareness of current trends in the Mobility industry
• Familiarity with digital distribution of Mobility Services and industry-specific expertise
• Understanding of how app-first businesses operate in the Mobility & Travel environment
• Data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, ability to quickly grasp complex issues, and derive appropriate actions
• Excellent communication skills; customer-oriented, result-oriented, proactive
• Confident in presentation and negotiation skills
