Your tasks

We at SCOUTASTIC are looking for a dedicated Sales & Account Manager (m/f/d) to help us establish our AI-based scouting platform with more clubs. Are you a sports enthusiast and enjoy shaping sales as well as building and expanding long-term customer relationships? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

  • Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts in the area of football clubs, associations, and sports organizations.
  • Preparation of offers and contract negotiations with customers.
  • Carrying out product demos and workshops to communicate the benefits of our software clearly and comprehensibly.
  • Supporting customers throughout the entire contract period to maximize the benefits of the software.
  • Working closely with our software developers to pass on feedback from the market and continuously develop the platform further.
  • Visiting customers and attending events to represent our company and expand our network.

Your profile

  • You already have some experience in sales, ideally in the field of software, IT, or sports technology.
  • You are passionate about sport and can identify with the needs and challenges of our target group.
  • You are able to explain complex technical products in an understandable way and clearly explain the benefits for the customer.
  • You are not afraid to approach people and feel just as comfortable in acquisition as in the long-term support of existing customers.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, time flexibility, and a class B driving license are required, as you will regularly visit customers and attend events on-site.
  • Foreign language skills: English is required, other languages are a plus.
