Your tasks
As a member of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing and driving growth of existing and new Chinese eCommerce customers at Post & Parcel in Germany.
You will actively hunt for new customers and identify growth opportunities with existing accounts, e.g. by cross-selling full Post & Paket product portfolio.
In this role you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with key accounts (situated in China), ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact with Chinese eCommerce customer teams, gain customer insights and conduct regular performance reviews at customer sites with local teams to ensure a continuous quality assurance process.
Based on your profound customer, product and market analyses as well as your understanding of customer’s business goals and objectives you will develop and implement innovative eCommerce strategies and tailored logistic solutions in close cooperation with Operations, IT and Product Management.
With your strong communication skills and comprehensive product and process knowledge, you will built a strong internal and external network and closely collaborate with cross-funtional teams within the Post & Parcel division in China and Germany to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and deliver exceptional customer service.
You will also align with other business divsions (e.g DHL Express) and take on and contribute to cross-divisional projects.
