WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- As KAM, you will be responsible for dedicated OEM customers in the Bicycle industry as the first face of Panasonic.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, assess client requirements, create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Drive sales on your dedicated customers to the next level.
- Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions on a legal and contractual basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Inside Sales, Order Administration, Product Management, etc.
- Lead forecast and order operations through PSI (Production/Sales/Inventory) planning.
- Conduct PSI operations with clients and internal teams.
- Schedule regular meetings and monitor client accounts and market demand.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on activities and results.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Several years of experience in a sales-driven position in the bicycle industry.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the bicycle industry, especially with e-bike system manufacturers or e-bike producers, as well as a good understanding of end customer needs.
- Solution-oriented, customer focus, and accountability.
- Proficient in MS Office, basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Europe; driver’s license required.
