Job Description:

In Key Account Management, you will develop holistic and individual transport solutions for our major customers in land transport, air and sea freight. From acquisition to the expansion and maintenance of existing business, you will support our customers from a single source.

Location: Hamburg / Home Office | Reference no.: 230000OZ | Type of employment: Permanent

  • Acquisition of new customers and sales of solution-oriented and cross-product (Road / Rail + Sea / Air) logistics services of the Hellmann Group in northern Germany
  • Expansion of customer relationships and 1st point of contact for our key accounts in the area of tender processing, contract conclusion and implementation
  • Link between the cross-product departments, stakeholders and the needs of our customers
  • Commercial responsibility for the business development of key accounts
  • Analyzing current trends in logistics and deriving new business opportunities
  • Professional experience in freight forwarding/logistics, as well as in sales support for customers
  • Structured way of working and very good analytical skills
  • Business fluent communication in German and English
  • Very good user knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
  • High level of initiative and willingness to travel
