Tasks

  • Support existing customers and deepen customer relationships
  • Acquire new strategic key accounts with a focus on opto-electronic components
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to optimize the R&D and product roadmap
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer applications to manage the development of customized products

Requirements

  • BSc / MSc in Engineering, Physics, Optics or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, key account management or business development of technical high-end products, preferably in the field of optics / photonics
  • Solid understanding in optics and light measurement
  • Very good spoken and written German and English skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and trustworthy personality with strong communication skills
