Play your part in our team's success! The role supports the Business Unit's overall ambitions and our Western Europe growth agenda. While eCommerce sales have accelerated due to the pandemic, brick-and-mortar business is returning and even surpassing pre-COVID levels, growing across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The Key Account Manager will coordinate with toy associations, the field force, and sales management to reach more consumers and shoppers through both dependent and independent toy retail partners.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, energised by driving commercial results, securing new business, and maintaining ongoing relationships.
  • An analytical approach to business, utilizing data to craft stories and persuade others (proficiency in MS Office required).
  • Proficiency in German and English.
