Your mission
  • Understanding customer growth from the existing account base through cross-selling and upselling
  • Increasing customer retention and growth in line with individual KPIs
  • Managing incoming new B2B customer streams
  • Identifying customer demands and preparing quotations
  • Embracing the features of our CRM system
  • Working independently with room for self-organization in account management
Your profile
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Enthusiasm for sales and the circular economy/circular IT
  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English for internal communication
