The web solution is complemented by the immooffice app for iOS and Android. Founded in 2009, the company employs 21 people in Hamburg and Magdeburg. Job Description:

  • You are the first point of contact for our existing customers, from daily dialogue to strategic relationship development and growth of commercial opportunities.
  • You recognize customer potential and expand existing business relationships.
  • You present our immooffice product remotely, in person, or at events as needed.
  • You develop sales strategies collaboratively with your team.
  • You maintain customer and sales data systematically in our CRM system.

Desired Qualities:

  • Passion for customer service, advice, and long-term relationships.
  • Experience in key account management or existing customer development, ideally in software or digital solutions.
  • Strong communication and counseling skills in German.
  • High customer orientation and a desire to contribute to customer success.
  • Affinity for digital solutions and strong technical understanding.
  • Initiative, team spirit, and a structured, independent working style.
