Job Description:
Your mission

As a key member of the sales organization, you will be responsible for achieving revenue, margin, and accounts receivable targets set annually. The role involves managing key accounts, maintaining long-term partnerships, and working with utilities, owners, developers, EPC, O&M customers to drive business. You will also perform business development for potential or new market segments. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Developing product marketing strategies and establishing strategic partnerships with key accounts.
  • Closing deals and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Visiting key customers and liaising with major contractors in the hydrogen industry.
  • Enhancing brand recognition through trade shows and public functions.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to fulfill customer requests and communicate with HQ.
Your profile

Ideal candidates will have:

  • At least five years of sales experience, including two years in project sales within the PV/wind energy/renewable energy or petrochemical industry.
  • Familiarity with the renewable energy industry in MENA, Australia, and Europe, and understanding of business cultures in these regions.
  • A wide network of key industry contacts is preferred.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and professionalism in international business.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills, with public speaking as an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, continuous learner, passionate about hydrogen industry.
  • English proficiency at C1 level; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
