Main Purpose:

Responsibilities
Areas of Responsibility/Main Tasks:
- Ensure goal achievement for responsible customers/customer groups.
- Develop, implement, and enforce national central agreements.
- Coordinate annual planning, budgeting, and reporting for the customer group.
- Prepare, participate in, and follow up on regular customer and annual meetings.
- Arrange and implement promotions, listings, pricing strategies, shelf and secondary placement shares, and customer-specific promotional measures.
- Obtain and analyze important information for customer management and derive strategic measures.
- Plan customer volumes and budgets, initiating timely measures with customers in case of deviations from targets.
- Manage conditions within the existing system.
- Communicate and coordinate with necessary internal interfaces (marketing, trade marketing, field service, demand planning, finance, etc.).
- Support the leadership team in implementing Germany-wide strategies.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Experience:
- Business studies or commercial training with additional qualifications.
- Very good English and MS Office skills required.
- Category management experience.
- Leadership experience desirable.
