About the role

Are you looking to join a community of professionals supporting the growth of Selling Partners' businesses? Amazon is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join its Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) team for the German Marketplace, with possible office locations in Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg.

Amazon's marketplace enables more than 58% of worldwide purchases from Amazon sites, with over 100 million products offered by third-party sellers. The DE Marketplace team works closely with sellers to help grow their businesses and deliver excellent customer experiences on Amazon.de. We are looking for bright and ambitious individuals to build their careers within our Marketplace teams, specifically focusing on the FBA program.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering business growth and maximizing revenue within strategic programs, onboarding and developing high-potential Selling Partners, and driving projects to improve seller and customer experiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of large and high potential Selling Partners, assisting with their setup, and educating them on Amazon’s services and tools.
  • Developing and reporting on key performance indicators, analyzing performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Using the “Voice of the Seller” to identify product and process improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-performance environment to meet quarterly account management targets.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience influencing at all organizational levels, especially at the executive level.
  • Experience with databases, SQL, and CRM tools is advantageous but not essential.
