In order to achieve sales objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share, the Key Account Manager for Hygiene (KAM HY) is responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and developing new business. He/she/they are responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and the realization of sales objectives within the specific segments for Hygiene.
The position will focus on developing, maintaining, and improving long-term relationships in the Hygiene market segment, primarily targeting global multinational corporations. He/she/they will cooperate and work closely with internal support teams to coordinate and manage tasks & projects internally and externally to deliver the best value for the customer.
Additionally, the Key Account Manager Hygiene will act as the primary link to the market. He/she/they will proactively gather prospective clients’ needs and market trends, liaise with Marketing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Care to ensure these are considered and translated into actions. They will also participate in professional trade fairs and conferences to represent the organization and enhance customer visibility.
