Ready to disrupt how engineers work? At Synera, you’ll partner with leaders like BMW and Airbus to roll out next-gen Multi-Agent Systems, automating the grind and scaling innovation across entire product teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You'll lead the expansion of our key enterprise accounts by driving the adoption of Synera’s platform across engineering divisions, empowering teams to reduce time-to-market and scale innovation. You’ll work closely with Sebastian, Jeron, Max, Michi, David and our teams from sales, marketing and product. Collaboratingwith solution engineers will allow you to develop custom solutions that enhance our customers' product development processes. Additionally, you'll work with sales and product teams to identify upsell opportunities, share customer insights for continuous product improvements, and collaborate with the marketing team to publish customer success stories.

Focus areas for your new job:

  1. You will lead software rollouts to ensure early value realization to ourcustomers.

  2. You serve as the main point of contact for your accounts and manage stakeholders between customer engineering teams and Synera’s internal solution engineers, AI, and Academy teams.

  3. You manage long-term relationships and scale adoption across departments through proactive outbound activities.

Your Week at a Glance

  • Monday:You kick off with company-wide and team meetings to align on priorities, then join the Customer Success Task Force to share insights and learnings.

  • Tuesday: You join the daily stand-up and lead an Executive Business Review (EBR) with a key account to assess progress and identify new expansion opportunities.

  • Wednesday: After the daily stand-up, you plan an upcoming on-site event with a customer like Volvo, and use your outbound time to expand your opportunity pipeline.

  • Thursday: You host an on-site workshop to uncover new Agentic AI use cases and conduct a Quarterly Business Review (QBR). You wrap up with an opportunity funnel review.

  • Friday: You analyze customer health metrics, develop action plans for Agentic AI implementation projects, and join a product webinar to stay up to date before heading into the weekend.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • You have 5+ years of proven key accountexperience in engineering, with a strong background in enterprise project management and/or consultancy.

  • You have a solid understanding of CAx tools and their applications in engineering fields like aerospace and/or automotive.

  • You are proficientin the German language to effectively communicate with German-speaking customers and stakeholders.

  • You have strong skills to analyze customer data and metrics to proactively address churn risks and continuously drive growth.

  • You have a proactive and solution-focused mindset, with a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and delivering measurable growth numbers.
