Jobbeschreibung

A US national company that produces and provides fasteners, handles, locks, and latches for various industries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. In charge of the Locking, Fastener, Handles, Hinges, Console Mechanisms products
  2. Accountable to the Automotive industry (OEMs, Tier 1-2-3), Electronics, Machinery, Scientific Equipment, Medical Devices
  3. Responsible for North Germany areas North Rhein Westfalen, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, and Niedersachsen
  4. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical expertise including new company offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients
  5. Manage and maintain existing and new customers in accountable areas to maximise sales opportunities with client visits 3 times a week
  6. Be accountable for managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, logistics and supply chains, quality control, accounting and finance
  8. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
  9. Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and be able to provide initial technical solutions or advice as well as collaborate with internal teams to resolve them

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. 3-5 years of professional experience in small component products or other related fields
  2. Strong technical background especially Engineering knowledge
  3. Holding an EU driving license – Class B
  4. Business level in German and English communication skills
