We are looking for a commercially minded and energised Key Account Manager to help us grow the E-Commerce business for the LEGO Group in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Please note This position is on a fixed-term contract basis until end of August 2027 and will be based in our LEGO Sales Office in Grasbrunn, close to Munich and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.

The Europe Central (D-A-CH) Sales Team works in 3 Retail Channels (Toy Specialist, Grocery, E-Commerce) complemented by Customer Development and Field Sales plus Field Sales Management. The Key Account Management Team within EUC Sales is responsible for successfully delivering the Customer Value Proposition to our key partners in order to fulfil our Partner Promise of Mutual Value Creation and generate sustainable growth. The role handles relationships and business operations for key customers within the E-Commerce Channel (Pure Players and Omnichannel Players with a majority of Online Sales) and reports into the Channel Head E-Commerce. In this role, you will work closely with internal team members across Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Marketing to improve commercial impact!
