YOUR MISSION
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and long-term growth across strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, future-oriented relationships with strategic customers.
  • Develop and implement seasonal strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Operations).
  • Planning and executing customer meetings, business reviews, and events to strengthen partnerships and drive sell-in and sell-through performance.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sell-through data to optimize assortments and drive impactful business decisions.
  • Conduct regular sales reporting and planning (weekly to annually) and manage pre-season and re-order processes.
YOUR TALENT
  • University degree or equivalent education in a relevant field.
  • Proven experiencein Key Account management within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Industry knowledge and a strong passion for the sports industry and the latest market trends.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
