Job summary

XALT Business Consulting GmbH is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for digitalization projects in Germany and the US. You will be the main contact for IT customers, driving satisfaction and long-term relationships while coordinating remote projects and cross-/upsell opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT digitalization, strong German and English communication, and a proactive, self-organized work style.

What to expect

Taking ownership of customer success and helping resolve challenges.
