Job summary

XALT Business Consulting GmbH in Germany seeks a Project Manager for digitalization projects with an Atlassian and DevOps focus. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and own the delivery of customer projects.

You bring a degree in IT or business informatics and at least 5 years of experience managing IT digitalization initiatives, plus hands-on Jira/Confluence and Scrum or Kanban knowledge. German and English at negotiation level are required.

What you bring

A degree in business informatics, computer science, digitalization or a comparable qualification.

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience managing IT digitalization projects.

Experience delivering and coordinating customer projects.

Strong technical understanding and experience with project management methods (Scrum, Kanban or similar).

Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.

Fluent, negotiation-level German and English.
