Jobbeschreibung

We are seeking a resilient, strategic, and self-driven Key Account Manager (Business Access Manager m/f/d) to lead biosimilar product innovations in a client dedicated role.

You will be responsible for driving market access and maximizing sales growth across your territory (East Germany, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia ) managing commercial activities. This includes engaging with key stakeholders, navigating healthcare systems, and outperforming competition to open and develop new markets, establishing our client as a trusted partner in the biosimilars/biologics market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional access and sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, prescribers, and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Identify target customers through maintaining and analyzing customer records. Produce an appropriate territory business plan
  • Educate target audiences on the value proposition of our biosimilar product portfolio.
  • Identify access barriers and develop tailored solutions to gain market entry and drive adoption
  • Utilize CRM and planning tools to track progress and optimize outreach.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Lead local market access initiatives and support internal teams with training and market insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
  • Proficient in German and English
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical market access or sales, preferably with biosimilars or specialty care
  • Experience in biosimilars or therapy areas such as Rare Disease, Haematology, Nephrology, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare systems at national and local levels inlcuding contract negotations with large buyers
  • Proven ability to open new markets and drive access strategy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

This role is field based with non field based days in homeoffice.
