Job Description:
The Role

If you apply successfully for this job, you will be responsible for sales of our Baking enzymes in Southeast Asia. You will serve as the primary interface between AB Enzymes and existing and prospective customers in this territory.

Main Responsibilities include:
  • Achieving sales objectives and KPIs with key accounts and distributors, focusing on revenue growth.
  • Building long-term relationships with contacts across various levels, including senior management, purchasing, operations, quality control, R&D, and application management.
  • Identifying, creating, prioritizing, and converting new sales opportunities.
  • Account planning, sales analysis, deal execution, and sales forecasting.
  • Collecting and analyzing market information in target growth segments.
  • Connecting customers’ technical functions with AB Enzymes’ technical support.
  • Being a key member of the Asia Pacific and global Baking teams.
About You

We seek a customer-focused, outgoing individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.

You should also possess:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the Baking industry.
  • A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, and/or Biotechnology.
  • 5-10 years of B2B sales or technical support experience in the Baking industry.
  • The ability to identify and evaluate key opportunities by understanding market drivers, customer needs, and growth potential.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50-60% within the SEA region. This is a home-based position, with the location open in SEA.
