Qualifikationen

• Gutes Verständnis von Amazon, Marktplatzdynamik und digitalen Geschäftsmodellen.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für das Amazon-Konto über mehrere europäische Märkte hinweg.
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Wachstumsplänen zur Steigerung von Umsatz, Profitabilität und Marktanteilen.
• Überwachung der Geschäftsentwicklung, Identifikation von Chancen, Risiken und Verbesserungen.
• Mit lokalen und zentralen Stakeholdern Forecasting und Business Planning vorantreiben.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Supply Chain zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung kommerzieller Initiativen.
• Identifikation von Wachstum durch Sortimentsausbau, Promotions und neue Geschäftsmodelle.

As our Key Account Manager Amazon, you'll take ownership of BRITA's Amazon business across multiple European markets. Together with international Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, you'll identify growth opportunities, strengthen business performance, and help shape the future of our Amazon business.

Your Tasks

• You take ownership of Amazon account management across multiple European markets and actively drive sustainable growth.
• By developing and executing growth plans, you contribute to achieving ambitious sales, profitability, and market share targets.
• You monitor business performance and proactively identify opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.
• Together with local and central stakeholders, you lead forecasting and business planning activities.
• Through close collaboration with Marketing and Supply Chain teams, you ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.
• You identify growth opportunities through assortment expansion, promotional activities, and innovative business models.
• By building strong relationships across functions, countries, and organizational levels, you align stakeholders around common goals and priorities.
• You stay up to date with Amazon developments, consumer trends, and competitive activities to continuously challenge the status quo.
• Contributing to strategic projects and process improvements is a natural part of your role.

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Key Account Management, eCommerce, Amazon, online retail, or a comparable commercial environment enable you to create impact from day one.
• A strong understanding of Amazon, marketplace dynamics, and digital business models helps you identify growth opportunities and turn them into results.
• Advanced analytical skills allow you to translate data into clear business recommendations and commercial actions.
• You demonstrate strong ownership, autonomy, and bias for action, taking accountability for results and driving initiatives from idea to execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is one of your key strengths.
• Excellent communication skills in English enable you to operate successfully in an international environment; German skills are a plus.
• You enjoy working in a collaborative team environment where ambitious goals, mutual support, and a good laugh go hand in hand.
