BRITA is seeking an Amazon Business Performance Analyst to turn complex Amazon and eCommerce data into actionable insights that drive growth. You will combine analytics, automation, and commercial sense to shape decisions, transparency, and opportunities across our Amazon business.

You will develop dashboards and KPI reporting, work with commercial and marketplace teams, and help scale data-driven decision making while strengthening BRITA's data culture in a international setting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a comparable field.
• 2+ years in business analytics, eCommerce, Amazon, or data-driven environments.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into clear stakeholder recommendations.
• Analytical thinking with a commercial mindset and digital business interest.
• Structured, proactive, solution-oriented, with automation focus.
• Collaborative across teams and cultures; strong ownership mindset.
• English as the working language; communication in English required.
• German is advantageous but not required.

Your Tasks

• You turn Amazon business data into actionable insights that drive growth and support strategic decision‑making.
• By analyzing sales, traffic, conversion, competition and profitability metrics, you identify opportunities and risks across markets.
• You develop and continuously enhance dashboards, reports, and KPIs that create transparency for key stakeholders.
• Working closely with commercial and marketplace teams, you uncover performance drivers and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• You streamline and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and enable data‑driven decision‑making at scale.
• Through performance analyses, you support business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Together with Data & Analytics experts, you help shape innovative reporting solutions and strengthen BRITA's data culture.

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a comparable field.
• At least two years of experience in business analytics, eCommerce, Amazon, or another data‑driven environment have equipped you with a strong analytical skillset.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are part of your toolkit; knowledge of SQL or similar analytics tools is a plus.
• Turning complex data into clear recommendations for business stakeholders comes naturally to you.
• You combine analytical thinking with a commercial mindset and a passion for digital business models.
• A structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset, with a strong focus on simplifying processes, driving automation, and improving efficiency characterizes your approach
• Collaboration across teams, functions, and cultures energizes you, while taking ownership motivates you.
• Since English is the working language of our international team and an essential part of your daily work, you are confident communicating in English.
• German skills are an advantage, as German is the company language, but they're not a requirement.
