ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and advising our existing clients while also actively working on acquiring new customers. You will independently manage the sales process for your deals and build long-term, trusting relationships with key clients in the radiology field. You will develop tailored growth strategies and provide input to help continuously improve our products. Regular team collaboration ensures that we stay one step ahead and make our processes even more efficient.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing and advising existing clients regarding the application and acquisition of our products.
  • Actively acquiring new clients and independently managing the entire sales process for the deals assigned to you in the sales pipeline.
  • Building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with key clients in the radiology field, including hospital administrations and professional associations.
  • Developing client-specific growth strategies for key accounts in alignment with our commercial strategy.
  • Collecting and forwarding customer feedback for the targeted development and optimal positioning of our products.
  • Regular exchange on current customer strategies and internal processes to further optimize collaboration within the team and continuously develop ourselves.

YOUR BACKGROUND
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales of SaaS solutions, ideally in the field of complex and explainable products, particularly in AI and/or radiology.
  • You have a proactive, adaptable personality, enjoy approaching people, and are passionate about understanding your clients' needs and developing tailored solutions.
  • A transparent work style is important to you, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge with your team to grow together and improve continuously.
  • Your analytical skills are strong, and you have an interest in medical as well as complex technical topics. You can quickly adapt to new tasks and tools.
  • You optimize processes and ensure greater efficiency – for you, data-driven decisions and direct communication are a given.
  • You are excited about the opportunity to engage directly with our clients at trade fairs and conferences. Preparing for and following up on trade fairs, as well as tracking leads, are part of your daily routine.
  • You speak fluent German and English.
  • You reside in Germany.

  • Experience in radiology (e.g., as MTA/MTRA, in IT, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of AI/ML and PACS/RIS
  • Additional language skills (Spanish, French, Italian)
