Your Role

As part of the BU Specialized Sales Region EMEA team you will own and drive the relationship with key customers in aerospace / space in the region ensuring long-term growth and partnership. You will promote and sell our specialized aerospace product portfolio which includes stainless steels titanium nickel alloy seamless tubing bars engineering solutions and future offerings currently under development. You will be responsible for achieving significant sales targets developing initiatives to bolster our footprint in the commercial aerospace sector and building on our years of experience serving prestigious customers.

Your responsibilities include :

Strategic Account Development

Build and execute Key Aerospace / Space Customer Plans identifying growth opportunities key stakeholders financial forecasts and engagement strategies aligned with aerospace segment goals.

Promote our specialized portfolio of seamless tubes bars services and innovations to drive revenue and program success.

Customer Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders nurturing strong & long-term relationships.

Conduct regular face to face visit business reviews monitor satisfaction and proactively identify new needs and opportunities.

Develop and manage customer-specific pricing strategies ensuring profitability and competitiveness.

Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful renewals and execution aligned with company objectives.

Order Intake Forecasting & Performance Tracking

Drive and monitor order intake and ensure alignment with production capacity planning and sales targets.

Internal and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with production engineering quality and customer service teams to deliver seamless execution and anticipate client needs.

Align production capabilities between US and European sites to meet aerospace program requirements.

Stay informed on aerospace and space market trends customer developments and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.

About you

You are a commercially savvy professional who thrives on building strong lasting partnerships with key accounts customers. With a solid background in sales and / or account managementideally in the aerospace industryyou know how to turn opportunities into long-term success. You bring sharp negotiation skills hands-on experience with pricing strategies contract management and a deep understanding of how to drive profitable growth. Data doesnt intimidate youyou use CRM ERP and analytics tools to make smart informed decisions.

Working across teams comes naturally to you; you know how to connect with production quality and customer service to deliver a seamless experience to your customers. You hold a technical background in mechanical or general engineering ideally with a focus on metallurgy enabling you to understand complex technical requirements and effectively communicate with engineering teams and technical stakeholders. Your ability to grasp materials specifications product performance expectations and industrial standards sets you apart in managing demanding key accountsparticularly in high-performance sectors like aerospace.

Fluent in English (French language would be a plus) comfortable in a fast-paced international environment and ready to travel when needed you are energized by the challenge of growing key accounts and helping our aerospace customers move their programs forward.

Frequent travels in Europe is expected.
