About the Role

Join our commercial team in Hamburg as a Key Account Manager, focusing on growing accounts within the German Off trade and Wholesale Open Market.

Responsibilities include:
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Preparing, conducting, implementing and controlling annual negotiations and agreements in alignment with Trade Terms and the National Group Account Manager
  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance against targets. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Innovation & Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer demands while maintaining our internal KPI's


About You
  • Proven experiences in a commercial or Key Account Management role, ideally in an FMCG environment
  • Strong negotiation capabilities
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Intuition for business paired with analytical skills
  • Collaborative team player focused on collective success
  • Positive energy, solution oriented, self-confident in own area, strong team member, committed to own development, pro-active, structured way of working, strong analytical skills
