Jobbeschreibung

  • Your focus is on the strategic end customers of one of our biggest clients in the banking industry in the North / East region of Germany
  • Your task is to support the assigned existing customers, expand the customer relationship, increase sales by expanding the product range (hardware, software, services) and increase market share with these customers
  • Another important focus is the acquisition of new customers, i.e. the support of assigned target accounts, the sustainable development of a long-term customer relationship; the planning; the development of the customer funnel; the customer-specific preparation of offers and contract negotiations
  • You realize your individual sales targets by analyzing customer requirements and expectations and developing a customer-specific service offer consisting of hardware, software and services. This can be successfully realized through the close cooperation of the Customer Focus Team, which is coordinated by you.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS :

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in key account management, especially in new customer acquisition
  • Completed business management training or studies
  • Knowledge in the areas of output solutions, document management, solution & software sales or managed print services
  • Good understanding of business processes and their mapping in internal
  • IT systems
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as an engaging and confident manner towards customers, especially at C-level
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
