Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Key Account Management, idealerweise in der Reise- oder Gastgewerbebranche.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Position: Key Account Manager - DACH

Location of the role: Germany (Remote)

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining successful relationships with our main important accounts within the German-speaking markets.

As our ideal candidate, you come with at least 7 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, or similar role, the ability to quickly grasp complex contexts and processes, excellent communication skills, and the willingness to outperform.

In your role, you will make an impact by…

  • Strategic Account Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Revenue Growth: Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account potential and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Advocacy: Serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and acting as the voice of the customer within the company.
  • Solution Selling: Understanding our product/service offerings and customizing solutions to fit client needs.
  • IT Project Management: Overseeing, coordinating, and managing technical projects for key accounts, ensuring successful implementation, troubleshooting, and timely delivery.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success, and IT) to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Tracking and analyzing key account metrics, ensuring proactive and strategic account management.
  • Contract & Negotiation Management: Leading contract discussions and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Represent: Representing TrustYou at Trade Fairs and related Events.
  • Insights: Sharing Client Insights/ Trending with Key Account Management Team, Sales, Product and Marketing Teams.
  • Salesforce: Using SalesForce as leading internal system and ensuring high, accurate data quality.

You are a perfect fit if you have…

  • Minimum of 7 years professional experience in the key account management area within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in software products and the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Passion for quality and customer excellence.
  • Strong work ethic and hands-on mentality.
  • Team Player.
