• Sales Experience : Prior experience in sales within the specialty chemicals sector is desirable.
• Bilingual Skills : Proficiency in both German and English is essential for this role.
• Key Skills
• Chemical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of specialty chemicals related to tissue and packaging applications.
• Sales Acumen : Ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
• Relationship Management : Skilled at building trust-based partnerships with key stakeholders.
