Role : Key Account Manager - Diagnostics, Cervical Health

Location : South Germany region, ideally based in Stuttgart or Frankfurt

Our Diagnostics business is growing steadily, and to support this growth, we are looking for the best talent to join us. As a Key Account Manager Diagnostics for our Cervical Health portfolio, you will manage and drive sales targets in the South West Germany market. Ambitious and driven, you will develop sales plans to identify and cultivate key accounts for long-term sales growth.

What To Expect :

  • Conduct sales calls and meetings with key decision-makers to introduce and upsell our product portfolio.
  • Build rapport with existing and new clients.
  • Ensure quick implementation and execution of strategies, projects, and methods.
  • Provide excellent customer relationship management, customer service, and support.
  • Represent and promote the Hologic brand positively.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Drive sales success by establishing sales territories, setting quotas, and defining goals and objectives.
  • Travel across the region working within a team of experienced sales professionals.

What We Expect :

  • Experience in selling diagnostics products, preferably molecular diagnostics, with an understanding of the sales cycle for capital and consumable laboratory equipment.
  • Knowledge of Cytology, Pathology, or Digital Pathology.
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment focused on revenue growth and profitability.
  • Understanding of the local healthcare system.
  • Ability to lead change management initiatives and introduce new strategies effectively.
  • Success in maintaining existing customer contracts and establishing new business opportunities to increase market share and growth.
