Qualifikationen

Job Description

Main tasks:

  1. Actively prospect a portfolio of key account prospects (Tiers 1) in order to increase customer’s base
  2. Follow up and develop a portfolio of key accounts (Tiers 1) and deploy our new innovations to our existing customers
  3. Organize answers to tenders and write commercial proposals, in close collaboration with internal departments (product managers, after-sales services, installations, deployment, etc.) and, if necessary, in collaboration with the Global Account Manager in charge of the account at a global level.
  4. Develop the turnover on his commercial scope and achieve the objectives set

Secondary tasks:

  1. Develop good relationships with decision makers at the highest level
  2. Participate in client events or trade shows
  3. Assist marketing in the development of business cases or communications/customer stories
  4. Update regularly the CRM tools with opportunities and manage his/her customer and prospect base
  5. Feed back information about competitors to his/her manager and the marketing department
Qualifications

Professional Experiences:

  1. Successful experience of min 4-5 years in a similar position and really performance oriented
  2. The candidate must have a sales background in selling technical complex hardware and software solutions with services in BtoB with long sales cycle

Languages:

  1. Fluent written and spoken English and German
  2. Another language is a plus

Required qualifications:

  1. Excellent relations skills ranging from store level to company C-level.
  2. Ability to identify solution value for the individual customers and transforming this into additional sales.
  3. High level of personal drive and proactive work methods
  4. Possess the ability to prioritize strategic tasks from customer and SES perspective.
