  • Management of our inventory system (SAGE) and document management software (DocuWare)
  • Preparation of provisions and work-in-progress data for monthly and annual financial statements
  • Maintenance of item lists, transaction records, and customer data
  • Customer contact via phone regarding invoices, complaints, and satisfaction surveys
  • Management of our B2B customer portals
  • Administrative handling of framework agreements
  • Provision of data for key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Adherence to internal corporate policies
  • General administrative duties (mail handling, office supplies management, filing, etc.)
Candidate Profile
  • Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial field
