Jobbeschreibung

Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead sales initiatives for their suite of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) products designed for AI systems. This role is essential in driving end-to-end sales and to maximize market penetration and revenue. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Enterprise sales (Finance, Insurance, Telco), particularly in SaaS or AI-related solutions, and experience working in small or medium-sized organizations. This role includes leadership responsibilities within the sales organization.

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead and manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and shifts, especially in AI, GRC, and cybersecurity.
  • Represent DSG.AI at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Requirements :

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, or GRC-related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in small to medium tech organizations - Advantage.
  • Established industry network and connections (Finance, Insurance, Telco) - Big advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a global business setting.
  • Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a significant advantage.
