Your role :

• As a Junior Web Analyst (m / f / d) you will support the implementation and further development of Google Analytics Looker and Looker Studio within the organization
• You will conduct analyses to identify optimization potential in the areas of product development marketing and management
• You will assist in the planning execution and evaluation of A / B tests using Optimizely to increase the conversion rate
• You will support the assurance of data quality the creation of reports and dashboards as well as the monitoring of relevant KPIs
• In addition you will contribute to promoting a data-driven company culture by preparing and presenting analysis results in a clear and comprehensible way for various teams

Your profile :

Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics business administration statistics marketing or a comparable background

Initial experience with Google Analytics (GA4) tag management systems Looker and Looker Studio

Basic knowledge of A / B testing and conversion optimization as well as initial experience using BigQuery for data analysis and integrations with visualization tools

Basic understanding of GA4 implementation for mobile apps (Flutter iOS Android) and web platforms along with a willingness to dive deeper into topics like Firebase Analytics and custom event tracking

Some familiarity with data layer implementation server-side tagging and building reliable tracking infrastructure for web and mobile applications or the willingness to learn these topics

Strong communication and presentation skills fluent in German and proficient in English
