About the Role:

As a Junior UI/UX Designer atSpeexx, you will be instrumental in helping us create world-class digital language training and coaching experiences for our users around the globe. Working closely with product designers, developers, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll contribute to the research, prototyping, and design of intuitive user experiences. What You’ll Do:

• User Research & Usability Testing:Assist in conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

• Discovery & Design Exploration:Support the discovery phase by identifying user needs and pain points, contributing to ideation and design workshops.

• Prototyping:Build low- to mid-fidelity prototypes in Figma to communicate ideas, validate flows, and gather feedback from users and stakeholders.

• Email Design:Create visually engaging, responsive email templates that support product communication and engagement goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:Some hands-on experience with UI/UX design through internships, working student roles, or personal projects — ideally in theSaaSorB2Benvironment.

• Portfolio:A portfolio that demonstrates yourdesign thinking,processes, andimpact— even if limited to academic or self-initiated projects.

• Tools:Proficiency inFigmais essential. Familiarity withJira,Confluence, or user testing tools is a plus.

• Soft Skills:Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

• Languages:Fluency inEnglishis required.German or Spanishare a plus.

The position is open to candidates located in or near Munich or Madrid and who are able to work in a hybrid setup.
