Your journey with LYNX:

1. Assessing the daily inflow of financial alerts;
2. Describing the customer profile, analyzing financial data, explaining why a specific alert was triggered, performing plausibility checks on transactions, and logging your findings in detail;
3. Searching in public sources for information regarding the customer, verifying if all information is up-to-date, and determining the appropriate risk profile for the customer;
4. Communicating with customers regarding remarkable transactions and client information;
5. Ensuring all processes are compliant with laws and regulations;
6. Collaborating closely with TM professionals across all branches of LYNX.

Are you the one we're looking for?

1. You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields such as Law, Criminology, or a financially oriented study;
2. You have experience in customer contact and knowledge of investment products; experience in Transaction Monitoring or CDD is a plus;
3. You possess detective skills with a keen eye for detail that nothing escapes;
4. You are a talented writer with native Czech and decent English vocabulary and grammar skills, and you can structure and write clear assessments;
5. You follow instructions carefully and flawlessly, have insight into situations, problems, and processes, and apply appropriate criteria in forming judgments;
6. You are a proactive learner, eager to stay updated with relevant literature, and unafraid to ask questions for your personal and professional growth.
