Job description
Tasks
- Development and execution of functional tests within the scope of AIT satellite programs
- Creation and review of test specifications to ensure test requirements are met
- Definition, development and execution of test procedures for electrical and functional tests
- Support with electrical integration of subsystems and components
- Analysis and evaluation of test data, including customer documentation and reporting
- Preparation of test reports and documentation of results according to space standards
- Operational support for satellite and instrument during the AIT phase
- Analysis and maintenance of the satellite configuration, including error analysis (non-conformance report investigation)
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, engineering or aerospace
- First professional experience in functional satellite AIT required
- Knowledge of ECSS standards and TM/TC (PUS) of satellites / instruments an advantage
- Confident handling of Unix / Linux systems required
- Proficient in English (min. C1) and advanced German (min. B2)
- Willingness for occasional shift work, foreign assignments and activities at other locations
- Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
