We are looking for a talented Junior Technical Program Manager - Software Integrations (m/f/d) who wants to bring fitness to the 21st century. Then you are the new team member we are looking for to join our team in Munich!

• Partner Integrations: You drive the partner integrations for the EGYM ecosystem in the digital area from kick-off to successful launch. For example the integration of various Apps with EGYM Branded Member App, integration of different kinds of Member Management Software with EGYM cloud and more.
• Alignment: You work with Product Management to align the roadmap of partner integrations that interact closely with EGYM core products and the EGYM Partner API.
• Maintenance: You work with Product teams to manage extensions to the EGYM Partner API and active maintenance of partner integrations.
• Onboarding: You interface with partners as an EGYM product expert and help them get onboarded to the integration projects.
• Validation: You facilitate the integration projects during their execution and validate their completion.
• Collaboration: You work closely together with the Operations and other internal stakeholders to communicate and support the go-to-market process for the integrations.
• Process Improvement: You analyze existing processes and coordinate strategic improvements within the organization, to derive optimization opportunities for efficiency and automation.

Your fitness level

• Professional Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience working with product teams and good overall understanding of systems and technology. Additional plus: You have a good level of experience in managing API-based integrations in a product ecosystem.
• Soft Skills: You are characterized by analytical thinking, problem-solving oriented and have a high level of consulting skills.
• Project Management: You are comfortable with managing multiple projects in parallel while interfacing with external and internal stakeholders to drive the projects forward.
• Communication: You are a talented and passionate communicator and you can explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way.
• Language Skills: You have professional proficiency in German and English.

Your training goal for your first 6 months

• Understanding Products & Integrations: You develop a comprehensive understanding of the EGYM core products, the Partner API and the existing partner integrations.
• Gaining Process Knowledge: You develop an outstanding knowledge about the EGYM partner integrations process and start adopting it for all partner projects.
• Developing Fitness & EGYM Ecosystem Understanding: You develop a good overall understanding of the fitness industry, customer needs, and the major vendors in the business that are relevant to the EGYM ecosystem.
• Building Relationships: You are appreciated by and build strong relationships with the Product & Engineering teams as well as key stakeholders in the company.
