LuxExperience is seeking a Junior Talent Attraction Manager to join our Leipzig office on a one-year fixed-term contract. You will handle end-to-end recruitment for operations across Germany, UK, Italy, Spain and the US for blue-collar and white-collar roles.

You will collaborate with Hiring Managers, conduct high-volume hiring days, and actively source critical roles while supporting candidates through onboarding. Fluency in German and English and a hands-on, reliable mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration or equal education, ideally with a focus on human resources.
• Recruitment experience.
• First experience in Active Sourcing is a plus.
• High focus on teamwork as well as self-responsibility and reliability.
• Full professional proficiency in both German and English.
• Hands-on mentality.

To support our Talent Attraction team we are searching for a Junior Talent Attraction Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Leipzig office. Please note this is a one-year fixed term contract.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for operations across Germany, UK, Italy, Spain and the US for Blue Collar and White Collar Positions
• Collaborate closely with key Hiring Managers while demonstrating a profound understanding of cross-functional department dynamics and country-specific requirements
• Conducting weekly high-volume hiring days for blue-collar staff
• Active Sourcing for business-critical key positions
• Support of candidates up to their starting date incl. administrative internal processes
