LuxExperience is seeking a Junior Talent Attraction Manager to join our Leipzig office on a one-year fixed-term contract. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for operations across Germany, the UK, Italy, Spain and the US, partnering with Hiring Managers and cross-functional teams.

You hold a degree in Business Administration, have recruitment experience, and are fluent in German and English. A hands-on, collaborative mindset and reliability are essential in our fast-paced luxury environment.

To support our Talent Attraction team we are searching for a Junior Talent Attraction Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Leipzig office. Please note this is a one-year fixed term contract.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for operations across Germany, UK, Italy, Spain and the US for Blue Collar and White Collar Positions
• Collaborate closely with key Hiring Managers while demonstrating a profound understanding of cross-functional department dynamics and country-specific requirements
• Conducting weekly high-volume hiring days for blue-collar staff
• Active Sourcing for business-critical key positions
• Support of candidates up to their starting date incl. administrative internal processes

Who You Are

• Degree in Business Administration or equal education, ideally with a focus on human resources
• Recruitment experience
• First experience in Active Sourcing is a plus
• High focus on teamwork as well as self-responsibility and reliability
• Full professional proficiency in both German and English
• Hands-on mentality
