LuxExperience is seeking an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to support designated business units across Germany, Italy, the UK and Spain on a 1-year fixed-term contract. You will own the employee lifecycle and leadership partnerships for multiple locations, navigating diverse legal frameworks.

You will advise managers strategically, lead core HR processes, and drive regional HR projects, with a focus on compliance, talent development, and stakeholder management in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist managing distinct business units.
• Willingness to learn country-specific labor laws and HR tools.
• Solid HR fundamentals with knowledge of Italian and/or German labor law.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role

We are seeking an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to support our business units across several European locations. This position is initially offered on a 1-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be directly responsible for the employee lifecycle and leadership partnership for designated business units across Germany, Italy, the UK, and Spain. We do not expect you to be fully versed in every local legal framework, process, or tool from day one. Instead, we value strong analytical capabilities, high adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for continuously learning and mastering new operational and legal environments.

What You Will Do

• International HR Ownership: Act as the dedicated, fully accountable HR Business Partner for designated business units and teams across Germany, Italy, the UK, and Spain, building strong, lasting relationships with managers across all locations.
• Strategic Advisory: Independently manage a wide variety of HR-related topics and act as a strategic partner to people managers across all assigned regions.
• Labor Law & Sparring: Serve as a key sparring partner for leadership on all personnel and labor law matters, ensuring full legal compliance and driving effective conflict resolution.
• Core HR Processes: Guide and drive leaders through key annual HR cycles, including performance evaluations, succession planning, and salary reviews.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with executive stakeholders and line managers, delivering proactive HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
• HR Projects: Drive regional and cross-border HR projects, taking full ownership of the conception, rollout, and execution of local initiatives.

Who You Are

• Education & Experience: A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, alongside more than 2 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist managing distinct business units.
• Willingness to Learn: A high level of initiative and a strong commitment to mastering new topics - ranging from country-specific labor laws (German, Italian, UK, or Spanish) to HR tools, systems, and local workplace practices.
• HR & Legal Knowledge: Solid foundation across key HR functions. Practical knowledge of Italian and/or German labor law is an advantage.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of interfacing effectively with stakeholders at all seniority levels.
