Zusammenfassung

LuxExperience, the holding group behind Mytheresa, NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER, is seeking a Talent Attraction Manager (f/m/d) to join our Munich-based team on a one-year fixed-term contract. You will own end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment and partner with hiring managers to shape assessments and pipelines.

You have 3+ years of recruitment experience, hands-on Workday Recruiting, fluency in German and English, and strong sourcing tools.

• 1+ year hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing platforms.
• Experience using AI tools in recruitment workflows (sourcing, screening, automation).
• University degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field.

What You Will Do

Who You Are

• Minimum 3+ years of full‑time, progressive recruitment experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on, advanced experience utilizing the Workday Recruiting module.
• Confidence and fluency in using advanced AI tools within the recruitment workflow (e.g., sourcing, screening, automation).
• Fully fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern passive sourcing platforms.
• University degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Strong ability to influence, prioritize, negotiate, and constructively push back with stakeholders.
