ticketbro’s cloud-based, mobile-first booking and ticketing platform offers nearly endless freedom for digitally driven entrepreneurs. We recently launched the ticketbro app and are continuously improving our app-based booking system.

For our customer success team, we’re seeking a Junior Solution Engineer to accelerate sales cycles and serve as a product and sales expert. You will act as a vital link between the Go-To-Market and the Product / Engineering teams, collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to shape how our providers use the product and how it evolves to meet their needs.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing close support to existing clients, assisting with day-to-day product inquiries.
  • Supporting the sales team in executing custom projects and managing incoming requests from providers and customers.
  • Building delightful user experiences and features from end to end.
  • Bringing innovative ideas to shape the future of our product.
  • Collaborating effectively, empowering team members, and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Partnering with sales to understand client challenges, requirements, and objectives.
  • Presenting demos and creating reusable assets (videos, talk tracks, best practices) to enhance efficiency and customer experience, known as the ticketbro academy.
  • Leading Proof Of Concepts to validate technical requirements for customers.
  • Solving technical problems independently through coding and development of features or bug fixes.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical or customer-facing role; experience in pre-sales solutions engineering or consulting is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of React Native for iOS and Android.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with either React Native or React.js.
  • At least 1 year experience with Node.js and AWS Lambda.
  • Proficiency with GraphQL, AWS CDK, and TypeScript.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with latest mobile, web, and cloud technologies.
  • Good eye for product design and user experience.
  • Code should be clean, structured, and well-tested; experience with TDD is a plus.
  • Experience with payment gateways like Stripe is beneficial.
  • Startup environment experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing small development teams is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with a flair for presentations and demos.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Munich occasionally is a plus.
  • Understanding of value selling.
